We’re here for you

At times like this, your insurance on your investment properties is the last thing you should have to worry about. Taking care of yourself and your family should be your priority. At REI Choice, it’s almost like we were built for this type of situation. We are still writing policies and processing claims. Our online only business model is perfect for this environment.

If you are an existing customer, and are having financial difficulties, please reach out to us. Communication is key. We’ve moved all of our claims and refunds processes to ACH transactions. Those two items were literally the only paper left in our business.

If you find yourself with some free time, hop on our online portal and see if we can save you money, or get you better coverage. Remember, at REI Choice Insurance, our real estate investment insurance products feature:

  • No upfront fees
  • Low monthly payments
  • Replacement cost coverage
  • Loss of rents included
  • Liability coverage included
  • Limited builders risk included
  • Theft and vandalism included

Take care of yourself, and contact us if you need anything at all.

If I have policies for rental homes that have Auto-Renew turned on, when the annual renewal date comes up, will the policy automatically renew for another year and will my credit card that I used last year be automatically charged? Will I receive an email before the expiration date to let me know how much the renewal amount will be?

      Dawn –
I sent you an email but basically…

The policy will auto-renew as long as you do not turn it on and off.

The auto ach is not available so they will need to log in and pay it once it renews.

They do get an email from the system advising policies are expiring however it may go to spam.

      Thank you for your business!
