The National Weather Service has advised that Storm(s) have penetrated coordinates. Therefore, we have to SUSPEND BINDING any NEW coverage or accepting any NEW applications, as well as NEW coverage increases to existing policies while the storm is active within these boundaries in the following states:

Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, All other Atlantic Coast States

Please Note: Do not issue new coverage or increase coverage in the Online System during this period. If issued in error or intentionally, Coverage will not apply to any policies issued in the Online System during the suspension period.

This does NOT affect coverage already issued and in force prior to the suspension being applied. Such policies will remain in full effect unless previously cancelled by you.

Storms in previous years made it evident that many property owners did not understand that flood damage is NOT covered by most homeowner or property insurance programs. Please review your coverages to determine if you have this valuable protection.
